This copycat La Terra Fina cranberry jalapeño dip is creamy, sweet, and slightly spicy, just like the popular Costco dip. Made with cream cheese, cranberries, jalapeño, and a few simple ingredients, this easy appetizer comes together in minutes and is perfect for holidays, parties, or game day.
Chop dried cranberries into small pieces. If they’re very firm, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, Asiago cheese, and onion; beat until creamy and well combined.
Stir in dried cranberries, cranberry juice concentrate, jalapeño, sugar, lemon/lime juice, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight) for flavors to meld and texture to firm up.
Stir before serving. Garnish with extra cranberries or jalapeño slices if desired. Serve with crackers, veggies, or as a sandwich spread.
