tbsp cranberry juice concentrate

tsp lemon juice

cup sour cream

cup dried cranberries

tsp kosher salt

oz asiago cheese

jalapeno

cup yellow onion

oz cream cheese

0 Chop dried cranberries into small pieces. If they’re very firm, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain. 1 In a bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, Asiago cheese, and onion; beat until creamy and well combined. 2 Stir in dried cranberries, cranberry juice concentrate, jalapeño, sugar, lemon/lime juice, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed. 4 Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight) for flavors to meld and texture to firm up. 5 Stir before serving.
